Chisen Miyata is the founder of Health Return Mandala Pty Ltd. Chisen possesses a deep passion for life and health, with a profound appreciation for the power of touch. Her belief in the interconnectedness of awareness, health, personal growth, and the natural world led her to establish HEALTH RETURN MANDALA T/A MANDALA MUSCLE THERAPY & MASSAGE on May 3, 2021.
Chisen’s vision for a life of service emerged during her childhood. Witnessing her mother’s dedication to helping others inspired her to pursue a path of service to society. As a teenager, she felt a strong desire to contribute positively to the planet and actively sought ways to align her values with this aspiration.
She embarked on a personal mission to find a fulfilling way to help others. This quest continued for more than three decades, as she searched for a path that would allow her to channel her passion.
Chisen’s parents frequently introduced her to the world of massage, taking her to various massage therapists from a young age. This became a regular part of her life, continuing into adulthood as she enjoyed massages with friends and family. Over the years, she developed a deep appreciation for the profound impact of massage therapy.
Despite enjoying a comfortable and fulfilling life with her supportive husband and his family, Chisen felt an inner calling to pursue her own path. She recognized that a life solely focused on domesticity did not align with her values and yearned to discover her true identity.
Upon returning to Macau from Japan, she attempted to open a massage clinic but lacked the necessary experience.
Later, while living in Australia, she discussed her career aspirations with a Japanese friend. This conversation challenged her initial assumptions about the profession and clarified her priorities. Freedom was paramount for Chisen in her career choices. She believed that massage therapy could offer the flexibility she desired to balance her work life with her responsibilities as a mother.
She soon found an opportunity to work at a massage shop that did not require prior qualifications or experience. However, the initial months were challenging. With no formal training, she struggled with proper massage techniques and experienced significant hand pain.
Despite these challenges, she found deep fulfillment in her work. The connections she formed with her clients were profoundly rewarding. She experienced a sense of balance and a profound sense of calm and positive energy, a feeling she had not encountered in previous jobs.
Chisen often witnessed powerful emotional releases during massage sessions, both as a recipient and as a therapist. These profound moments of connection solidified her belief in the transformative power of touch.
Massage therapy, she discovered, facilitates a deep connection with oneself, allowing individuals to release stress, physical pain, and pent-up emotions. In a state of deep relaxation, the mind becomes calmer, making it easier to make decisions and navigate life’s challenges.
As a therapist, Chisen developed a deep empathy for her clients, recognizing the unique beauty and inherent struggles within each individual. She firmly believes that by cultivating good energy and maintaining a balanced state of being, therapists can not only help their clients but also heal themselves.
Chisen always harbored the dream of opening her own clinic. Despite an early opportunity to purchase her employer’s clinic, she chose to further her education and refine her skills. She dedicated over ten years to continuous learning, exploring the intricate relationship between the human body, nature, and universal principles.
While operating Mandala Muscle Therapy & Massage, she embarked on a two-year journey to establish Mandala Health Wellness, a new venture dedicated to providing holistic health and wellness solutions. However, the path to opening this new clinic was fraught with numerous challenges and unforeseen obstacles.
Despite facing immense stress and enduring months of emotional turmoil, Chisen persevered. Her unwavering commitment to her vision and her long-held beliefs ultimately guided her to a successful conclusion, with the grand opening of Mandala Health Wellness on July 18, 2024.
From her early twenties, Chisen developed a deep appreciation for the healing properties of hot springs. She frequently visited hot springs throughout Japan with friends and family, recognizing their profound impact on physical and emotional well-being. This personal experience deeply influenced her vision for Mandala Health Wellness.
The philosophy of Health Return Mandala Pty Ltd is deeply rooted in Chisen’s life experiences and her profound understanding of the human condition.
She believes that our past experiences, present actions, and the beliefs we hold deeply shape our future.
Our thoughts, influenced by our desires, experiences, and neural pathways, play a crucial role in shaping our beliefs and values. These beliefs, in turn, determine what we consider important for our well-being.
By sharing her life story, Chisen aims to inspire others to increase their self-awareness and discover their true identities. She also emphasizes that every business, like a human being, has its own unique journey, complete with its own history, challenges, and growth.
True health and well-being, whether for an individual or a business, begins with a deep understanding of oneself. It requires a clear vision of how we want to live, what we aspire to become, and a commitment to living authentically.
